Project Background

Mission:

Employer Branding & Recruitment Boost through Social Media and Digital Marketing Channels

Challenge:

Allegro faced the need to professionalize its social media presence, increase the popularity of the Allegro Tech Facebook page, and attract new followers to build a talent pipeline. The challenge also included building an integrated advertising ecosystem to support recruitment efforts in the IT sector, using channels such as Facebook Ads and remarketing.

Solution:

We developed a complete social media communication strategy and trained the internal team. We executed three Facebook campaign types over three months: talent pool growth, employer branding, and recruitment-focused ads (including remarketing and job offers). We also launched Google Ads campaigns and implemented a recruitment tab on Facebook.

Results

  • +245% increase in talent pool page followers

  • +2219% increase in post engagement (average ER=45,764)

  • Over 8,500 visits to the job offers landing page

  • 80–100% increase in job applications – over 1,200 for IT roles

  • Campaign reached over 1 million users in 3 months

Challenge:

IThe main challenge was to build a unified global brand strategy across Facebook and Instagram. HID Global needed to standardize its brand communication, increase social media engagement, build a strong employer brand, and develop an engaged community around its values.

Solution:

We designed and implemented a global social media and employer branding strategy. Our activities included managing HID’s global Facebook and Instagram profiles, executing recruitment and awareness campaigns across social media (Facebook & Instagram), and building consistent messaging to strengthen the employer image and attract talent.

PKL – Polish Cable Railways

Project Background

Mission:

Digital Transformation and Brand Presence Boost via Social Media

Challenge:

The task was to develop a unified social media strategy for all PKL resorts across Poland (including Gubałówka, Mosorny Groń, Góra Żar, and Palenica) as well as for the corporate Facebook profile "Odpowiedzialnie w góry". The challenge included building an engaged fanbase, increasing brand awareness, supporting digital sales, and streamlining communication between resorts and the audience.

Solution:

We created a comprehensive social media strategy and managed a total of 9 brand profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. We executed performance-driven advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads), delivered social media training for the internal team, and ensured consistency of communication across all PKL locations.
